PATEL PERFORMANCE ACADEMY ROLLOVER POLICY (EFFECTIVE JUNE 1st, 2025)
1. No Rollover Beyond the Same Month
- All missed lessons must be made up within the same month of the absence.
- After the month ends, any unused lessons are forfeited — no exceptions.
- This is to encourage families/students to prioritize consistency while protecting adequate scheduling for other/new families/students.
2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
- Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for rescheduling (unless due to sudden illness or emergencies, at Patel Performance Academy’s discretion).
- This is to discourage last-minute cancellations and protect time and court booking/logistical efforts between Patel Performance Academy and its community of families/students.
3. Weather-Related Cancellations
- If cancellations occur due to weather or court issues, Patel Performance Academy and Client will offer a reschedule time within the same month.
- If a suitable makeup time is not found within that month, Patel Performance Academy will offer a 1-lesson credit for the next month — but this will be limited to coach-initiated cancellations.
4. Make-Up Lesson Slots Are Limited
- Make-up lessons that are NOT due to weather-related circumstances will be made up within the same month.
- If rescheduling between both parties cannot be executed within the same month, Client will forfeit that particular misses lesson for the given month.
- Patel Performance Academy will offer 1–2 days each week within the month for any make-up lessons needed, based on the coordination of both parties.
5. Transparent Payment = Reserved Spot
- Payment holds a student’s spot each month.
- Missed lessons are the family’s responsibility and are not carried into the next cycle unless otherwise arranged in writing and initiated by Patel Performance Academy.
Liability & Assumption of Risk (Effective APRIL 1ST, 2025)
By enrolling in programming with Patel Performance Tennis Academy, participants and their legal guardians agree to the following:
🔹 Assumption of Risk
- I understand that participation in tennis lessons, drills, and fitness activities may involve physical exertion and inherent risk of injury (including but not limited to sprains, strains, heat-related illness, or more serious incidents).
- I agree to assume all risks, both known and unknown, related to my child’s participation.
🔹 Release of Liability
- I release Coach Vikram, Patel Performance Tennis Academy, and any associated staff or volunteers from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during lessons or academy events, regardless of cause, except in cases of gross negligence.
🔹 Emergency Action
- I authorize the academy to take reasonable steps (including first aid or calling emergency services) in the event of an injury or emergency involving my child.
Content Marketing Consent Policy (Effective APRIL 1ST, 2025)
📸 Photo & Video Usage
- I grant Coach Vikram and Patel Performance Tennis Academy permission to photograph and record video of my child during lessons, matches, camps, or academy events.
📢 Marketing & Social Media
- These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
- Website & social media posts
- Academy flyers or print materials
- Highlight reels, success stories, or progress updates

- I understand that I may submit a written request if I prefer for my child not to appear in any public content. Otherwise, consent is assumed upon enrollment.
